Inspiration behind the design:
In my walk as a christian, I would attribute 99% of my beliefs, and prayers and actions to be inherited by the testimony of someone else who I have seen walking with God, and is in a place that would seem more advanced so to speak than myself. I think God thinks very much about how we use our gifts and talents. And I for one totally subscribe to the idea that we should honour those who really carve out a path for the rest of us to follow in their footsteps. Read Hebrews 11 for an example of those that are remembered for eternity as Everlasting God Kings. They were remembered by name. Do you know that there is an entire chapter in the book of Samuel that is dedicated to David’s victories. That wasn’t put in there, inspired by men’s envy of him. The good book was inspired by God, and God saw that it was good to write about all of David’s victories. I think that’s really cool. I for one think that if we are to be remembered as Everlasting God Kings then certainly we should live as if our lives, our words and actions are judged to the degree that a God King is talented and powerful and he should use that to the utmost of his ability. Matthew 5:13 says, we are the salt of the earth, but if we lose our saltiness, we are good for nothing. In the midst of these times where "black lives matter", I just wanted to put a modern take on the idea of Matthew 5:13 and highlight that we acknowledge who we are and we are not negligent of the fact that our lives matter more than anyone yet knows, as Everlasting God Kings.
