Inspiration behind the Design:
Ok so romans 8:28 says that everything works for the good of those who love him and seriously over the last 6 to 12 months, my life has been so coordinated and in-step I actually got so freaked out that I thought that, I was turning into a Calvinist because I couldn’t believe that I had free will when all of my life was playing out in like perfection. I mean, every day, things just aligned way too well, and it was at that time I really came to understand Psalm 37:23 that says; The LORD directs the steps of the godly. He delights in every detail of their lives. I mean, that went from being a nice little quote on a greetings card to a legitimate law. Like I couldn’t do anything without it being perfectly aligned by what God was doing in my life. In the last 12 months, I have been going deeper and deeper into submission to God and resting in his love, and the more and more I just let go and rest, it’s like, I just have this amazing peace that no matter what happens, whether it aligns with my will in the moment or not, I know his will for me is way better than mine, and nothing that I consider ‘bad’ that happens to me will in anyway harm me in the long run. And I’m not talking about getting run over by a train or getting meningococcal and having my limbs fall off but it’s been in the things that I think I want or need like, having a house given to me for free, or winning the lotto, or getting a pay-rise, or getting a better job, or having my current job work out well or even as simple as running late for a meeting. I am able to look at every action that I take as being a blessing from God for my good. I’m late?? Nope, God’s got me right on his time. I can’t tell you how amazing it has been just letting go of all of my good works and my righteousness and believing that God has my back in everything that I do.
