Inspiration behind the Design:
Before I get into my inspiration for this design, do you know what’s cool?? I attend a home church every fortnight and literally yesterday, I rock up to church and we are teaching the little kids bible verses, getting them to memorise them and this week, the verse that someone else gave one of the kids was 1 John 4:19. So 1 John 4:19 says; “We love because he first loved us.” Now this revelation came to me a few days ago. I was just unravelling my thoughts about what I was thinking about God that week on video and I came to the conclusion that, every time we try and do something for God, it is to show God that we love him first. Religion, is always puffing up, always trying to work for self-righteousness. Always working to show ones worthiness. And the week I came to this conclusion was after I’d been watching a series of videos for a couple of weeks prior to that and I was fed up with this new stream of Christianity that I loosely am engaged with, that are identifying as 100 fold people but are absolutely going had first back into religion by the pride of their own knowledge once again. And when I saw this I was just disgusted by it. I want no part of it, and the beauty of not having part of it is that we were neve called to religion. Never called to first love God. We love others, and we love GOD, because he first loves us.
