Inspiration behind the Design:
This inspiration was given to me after I had started EGK and I knew that I was called to govern the city that I live in. I guess it was the accumulation of recent revelation up until that point of being a God King, being one with God, being in Christ, knowing 1 John 4:17 and Romans 8:29 that says “For those God foreknew he also predestined to be conformed to the image of his Son, that he might be the firstborn among many brothers and sisters.” And that all of this accumulated into the finality of Isaiah 14:14. When you understand this, you see that what Lucifer so jealously pursued we were given as a free gift! HOW A-MA-ZING! It’s not a sin to be like God, it’s not a sin to want to be like him, THAT IS GOD’s PERFECT WILL! Of course you should be like him! The funny thing is I posted this mid-week, and then that same weekend we had a guest speaker come to church and she actually quoted Isaiah 14:14 and she was scolding the devil for wanting to be like God. I though that was quite funny. But I say that to say that, if you come across anybody in church that tells you that you ought to be ashamed for doing what Lucifer did, make sure you understand why it’s OK. We are predestined to be like God. Read Romans 8:29, read 1 John 4:17, Ephesians 2:6. Understand Acts 4:17. It’s biblical but you may face some resistance. Change the Consciousness EGK!
